Ordering a package or individual designs from Project Fuel is an easy procedure and generally follows these steps.

Step 1: Choose Package

A. Review the packages and/or services we offer and choose the package that fits you best. Click here for a detailed description on our packages.              
B. After you decide on a package make sure to contact us at info@projectfuel.com and leave a brief message in regards to what your interested in, make sure to state your package. From there we will set up consultation in order to move the project forward.
C. Once everything is agreed upon a Deposit of one third will be paid and contracts will be signed. All source materials, including but not limited to; copy, images, music, video, etc, should be prepared and ready to go before work is started. The  site map should also be finalized.

Step 2: Logo Design

A. Receive 1st draft of logo, you will get around five samples.
B. Provide feedback on 1st draft. Review the designs and choose 1 or 2 concepts that appeal to you and provide us with any changes you’d like to see. You may combine concepts, or make changes to such aspects as color, layout, graphic, font and the text.
C. Receive 2nd draft with revisions based on the changes you’ve made.
D. Provide feedback on 2nd draft. Again, you can change color, layout, graphics, font and text.
E. Receive 3rd draft with revisions. Your 3rd draft of logos should by now be pretty refined and if not completed should only require some fine-tuning.
F. Provide feedback on 3rd Draft. At this point the logo should only require minor changes.
G. Receive final logo

Step 3: Stationary/Print Designs

A. Receive 1st draft of stationary based on the package chosen.
B. Provide feedback on 1st draft. Review the designs and provide us with any changes you’d like to see to all materials. Be sure to make changes to such aspects as color, layout, graphic, font and text.
C. Receive 2nd draft with revisions. Your next draft of designs will come based on the changes you’ve made.
D. Provide feedback on 2nd Draft.
E. Receive final stationary and print designs.
F. 2nd payment made.

Step 4: Website Design and Development

A. Receive 1st mocks of website, up to three versions. Static design elements only at this stage.
B.
Provide feedback and choose one of the 1st three mocks. You can make changes to design elements such as color, layout, graphic, font and the text.
C. Receive 2nd  mock with revisions based on changes you’ve made.
D.
Provide feedback on 2nd mock.
E.
Receive 3rd mock based on changes made. Interactivity will be integrated into the design.
F.
Provide feedback on 3rd design.
G.
Completion of final stage of website.
H.
Final payment made

Step 5: Receive Final Files

A. After all elements to project(s) finalized your website will be uploaded and you will receive all work burned on dvd(s) and/or cd(s) with editable files such as PSDs and AIs as well as viewable files such as JPGs and PSDs
B. Return to client all source materials such as CDs/DVDs, books, marketing materials, papers, etc. 
C. Project Fuel releases all rights to your designs to you; however, we do request the right to utilize your logo and designs in our portfolio unless you notify us otherwise.

 

As stated before this is generally how the process goes but it may not necessarily go like this every instance, these are the guidelines.  Also this process is for more then one package such as a combo package or adding design and web packages together. For an individual service or single package you would keep step 1 and step 5 and exclude or include, depending on what package you choose, step 2, 3, and 4.
